Steam Generator Tube Surveillance Gentlemen:
Maine Yankee's Technical Specification 4.10.E.1 requires that, following each inservice inspection of steam generator tubes, the number of tubes plugged in each steam generator shall be reported to the Commission within 15 days.
Maine Yankee completed an inservice inspection of all three steam generators.
As a result of this inspection, we plugged 17 tubes in steam generator E-1-1, 4 tubes in steam generator E-1-2, and 34 tubes in steam generator E-1-3.
All plugging was completed by September 14, 1993.
Additional information related to the inspection of the steam generators will be included in our Inservice Inspection Summary Report which is scheduled to be submitted about January, 1994.
