Gentlemen:
Inasmuch as the B&W Fuel Company has met the requirements for a 1.A.(2) cetegory of NRC materials license for some time and we understand that our application for a corresponding revision to our license has already been approved by the Licensing j
Branch, we anticipate that the License Fee and Debt Collection Branch will not respond adversely to our reclassification as a 1.A(2) licensee.
i Therefore, even though we have not yet received formal notification from the Commission, we are proceeding accordingly and have only budgeted an amount sufficient for 1.A.(2) license fees in GFY 94.
