o Commissioner Remick's Comments on BECY-93-171 and SECY-93-252 I approve option 3 as described by the staff in SECY-93-171.
I believe Option 3 is the best option not so much because it reduces agency FTEs as because it addresses the problem the Commission has been seeking to resolve which is, how can the Commission assure that the regional oversight function will be carried out-with sufficient technical resources while maintaining some presence and causing minimal disruption on the west coast.
