REVIEW 0F SECURITY PLAN SUBMITTAL This acknowledges receipt of your letter which transmitted changes identified as Revision 25 of the Physical Security Plan for D.C. Cook.

We have reviewed the submitted changes and have determined that they are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and are therefore acceptable, except as noted in the enclosure of this letter.

For those items identified as unacceptable under the' criteria of 10 CFR 50.54(p), the previously approved plan revision must be followed.

You are requested to provide corrections to your security plan to address the issues identified in the enclosure within two months after receipt of this letter.

You may submit the changes either in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p) or 10 CFR 50.90.

The enclosure to this letter concerns a subject matter which is exempt from public disclosure according to Part 73, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 73.21 (c)(2)'.

Consequently, the enclosure to this letter will not be placed in the NRC Public Document Room. The enclosure to your letter also contained Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and is being withheld from public disclosure.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter, excluding the enclosure, will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
