Nuclear Regulatory Commission transmitting the 1993 revision to the Quality Assurance Program Description incorporated in the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report for the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant We received your 10 CFR 50.71(c) submittal, referenced above, transmitting the 1993 revision to the Quality Assurance Program for the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant. An initial review of this report has begun; however, based on our current review schedule, we anticipate that it will require more than 60 days to complete our review. Upon completion, you will be notified of the results.
