l It has come to my attention there are two inaccuracies in the NRC STAFF SUPPLEMENTAL
RESPONSE
TO INTERVENOR'S FIRST SET OF INTERROGATORIES AND REQUEST - FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS, dated September 15, 1993.
The date on the ninth line on page 7 should read " March 23, 1990" instead of " March 26, 1990."
The beginning of line four on page 101 should read "(DC 1-90-256)" instead of "(DCI-90-256)."
