Emergency Plan Gentlemen:
Enclosed is a copy of Revision 18, of the Waterford 3 Emergency Plan which is submitted in accordance with 10CFR50.54(q). This submittal is provided under affidavit per requirements of 10CFR50.
2 The changes to the Waterford Emergency Plan made by Revision 18 do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan..Furthermore, the plan, as revised and changed, continues ~to meet the standards of 10CFR50.47 (b) and the requirements of Appendix E to 10CFR50. Attached is a summary of Revision
- 18.
Please note that page I-11 of the Emergency Plan contains a radio f requency which is considered personal information. The single page with the
. personal information is attached; it is requcsted that this information be withheld from the public pursuant to 10CFR2.79L The enclosure contains no personal information and may be considered a public copy.
