Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $30,000.00, thereby increasing the amount obligated to the contract from
$22,754,696.14 to $22,784,696,14. Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:
Section*B.2 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION - COST PLUS FIXED FEE, subparagraph c.
is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following subparagraph:
"c.
The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $22,784,696.14 (including a fixed fee of $1,464,285.78)."
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action is given below.
Total FY 88 obligation $2,907,924.00 Total FY 89 obligation 4,596,000.00 Total FY 90 obligation 5,993,856.59 Total FY 91 obligation 3,918,000.00 Total FY 92 obligation 3,494,915.55 Total FY 93 obligation 1,874,000.00 Cumulative total of NRC obligations $22,784,696.14 This modification obligates FY 93 funds in the amount of $30,000.00.
