Task Order No. 49, Mod. 3 under Contract No. NRC-03-89-027 The purposes of this modification is to reduce the level of effort to one specialist for the on site inspection in accordance with the attached modification to the statement of work and contractors proposal dated August 17, 1993, incorporated herein by reference.
This action is taken in accordance with Section G.5, Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract.
The period of performance is revised to June 21, 1993 through September 24, 1993.
This modification decreases the cost ceiling by
$11,467.00 from $43,024.93 to $31,557.93. The amount of $30,799.62 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, the amount of $43.76 represents the facilities capital cost of money, and the amount of $714.55 represents the fixed fee.
