Your authority to use Certificate of Compliance Nos. 9032 and 9033 under the general license provisions of 10 CFR S 71.12 is also terminated.
Please note that records required by 10 CFR S 71.91 are to be retained for a period of three years.
The other request in your letter of September 3,1993, for amending QA Program Approval No. 0269 is under review and you will receive separate correspondence regarding that matter.
