'XSNM02755, issued on September 3,1993 to the General Electric Company for the export of twenty (20) irradiated fuel rod segments containing 11.8 kilograms of uranium (120 grams of uranium-235) and 110 grams of plutonium for post-irradiation examination at the Institutt for Energitekr.ikk.
