DAILY HIGHLIGHT GE Nuclear Enerav (GE) Advanced Boilina Water Reactor (ABWR)
GE indicated yesterday-that they would not.be able to meet the September 13, i
1993, date for its certified ABWR SSAR submittal. The revised submittal date is September 17, 1993, for the main body of the SSAR with document control room receipt by-September 20.
GE also stated that a' complete package of the full size drawings and P&ID's will be sent on September 20 1993, and will be received.on September 21, 1993.
According to SECY-93-097, the complete final certified ABWR SSAR was originally scheduled to be submitted by July 31, 1993.
Subsequently, GE revised the submittal date to August 31, 1993, at which time, GE did submit I
the final Tier 1 material.
