The Commission was briefed by the Advanced Reactor Corporation regarding their organization and first-of-a-kind engineering (FOAKE) program.
The Commission requested the following additional information from the Advanced Reactor Corporation:
o the possibility of NRC access to the Information Management System neutral file a time line on the vendor testing for the AP600 design o
a characterization of the relationship between industry o
and NRC confirmatory testing for AP600 and SBWR o
the status of software beyond the design certification stage additional information on the end product expected from o
the FOAKE process o
the Commission noted that NUMARC also agreed to submit comments on a draft Commission paper entitled, "10 CFR Part 52 Combined License (COL) Review Process and COL Form and Content" to provide feedback from the industry.
