CONFIRMATION OF ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE REGARDING THE COPES-VULCAN VALVE WEIGHT AND CENTER 05 GRAVITY ISSUE The purpose of this letter is to reaffirm the upcoming date and time of the subject enforcement conference concerning the Copes-Vulcan Company valve weight and center of gravity issue that is delineated in NRC Inspection Report 99900404/89-01.
As previously discussed with your staff, the conference is scheduled for September 29, 1993, at 9:00 a.m. in our One White Flint North (OWFN) office.
We have reserved a conference room at our OWFN office and it can be made available to you one hour prior to our meeting if you require any set-up time.
