The intent of this letter is to satisfy the requirement for General License, with respect to the approval of our Quality Assurance Program by the NRC as specified in 10 CFR 71.12 (b), and to verify that the conditions specified in 10 CFR 71.12 (e thru e) have been met.
Enclosed please find Pacific Rim Consulting and Inspection Corporation's Quality Assurance Program, Transport Package descriptions, and the associated review fee (cashiers check in the _ amouat of 370.00 dollars).
