lead and a'1/4-inch outer plate. The' cover consistslof a 1-inch steel outer NI and a 1/2-inch thick steel-inner plate with 2-7/8, inches of lead shielding.
A secondary cover, plugging the ?_0 inch central, opening in the cover, is j
constructed of a11/4-inch outer plate,1-1/2 -inches of lead, a 1/2-inch p

occurs fir-st. A determination must be made that closure seal replacement is current with the seal replacement schedule. Cavity drain line and vent connections must be sealed with appropriate sealant applied to the pipe y

Model No. CNS 6-75 Certificate of Compliance No. 9108 Revision No. 9 By application dated August 27, 1993, Chem-Nuclear Systems, Inc., requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 9108 for the Model No. CNS 6-75 package. Chem-Nuclear did not make or request any changes to the package design since the last renewal.
The staff has reviewed previous submittals, including the operating I
procedures, and maintenance program and have found them to be complete and j
adequate.
The Certificate of Compliance has been renewed for a five year period which expires September 30, 1998.
