On August 6,1990, the staff issued its Safety Evaluation Report (SER) regarding the subject report'. By letters dated April 29, and April 30, 1991, the Hydrogen Control Owners Group (HC0G) requested changes to the SER. The requested changes were the subject of an SER supplement (SSER) issued on June 26,'1993. That SSER l
contained grammatical, editorial and typographical errors.
