" Review of Existing Financial Assurance Guidance" under Contract No. NRC-02-91-001
.i The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of the subject task order to February 23, 1995, at no additional cost or obligation to i
the Government, and to change the project officer from Louis M. Bykoski to Daniel T. Huang.
The expiration date for the period of performance of the subject Task Order is hereby extended from September 30, 1993 to February 23, 1995. The extension will permit the contractor to continue to provide technical assistance to the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission to further revise the documents based on the self-guarantee rule and public comments to the published revisions.
