Contract NRC-03-93-031, Task Order 6 Entitled 1
" PROPOSED CHANGES TO TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONTAINMENT AT DUANE ARNOLD ENERGY CENTER."
In accordance with Section G.4, Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 6 with an established cost ceiling of $22,230.00.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed statement of work and the contractor's proposal dated July 29, 1993.
The period of performance for Task Order No. 6 is August 15, 1993 through October 15, 1993 The total cost ceiling is $22,230.00 of which the sum of $20,102.00 represents reimbursable cost, the sum of $175 represents facilities capital cost of money, and the sum of $1,953.00 represents fixed fee.
The amount presently obligated with respect to this is
$22,230.00.
Notwithstanding the clause FAR'52.232 LIMITATION OF COST, the contractor is not obligated to continue performance under this task order or otherwise incur costs in excess of the estimated cost until the Contracting Officer notifies the contractor in writing that the estimated cost has been increased.
In absence of such notification by the Contracting Officer the Government is not obligated to reimburse the contractor for any costs in excess of the estimated cost specified herein.
