Modification No. 1 to Task Order No. 9 Under Contract No. NRC-03-93-036 The purpose of this modification is to add a consultant to the key personnel listed on the subject task order, at no additional cost to the Government, in accordance with the contractor's August 9, 1993 letter.
This action is taken in accordance with Section G.5, Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract.
Mr. John R. Bullock will be added under this task order as key personnel effective August 13, 1993.
This modification is hereby made at no additional cost.
The contractor agrees that such personnel shall not be removed from the effort under the subject task order without compliance with Contract Clause H.1, Key Personnel.
The issuance of this modification does not amend any other terms or conditions of the subject task order including the task order ceiling of $46,713.00.
Please indicate your acceptance of this modification by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three (3) copies of this document in the space provided and return two (2) copies to the U.S.
