NRC-31-92-241 SBA-6-92-2-1042 Modification No. 2 Page 2 The purpose of this modification is (1) to exercise the option year in accordance with Section I.4 entitled " Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (MAR 1989)", (2) to increase the obligated amount by $25,000.00 from
$94,286.00 to $119,286.00, and (3) increase the ceiling amount by $99,027.04 from $94,292.75 to $193,319.79. Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:

Under Section B.4, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--CONTRACT CEILING is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"The ceiling amount for the works specified in Section C herein shall not exceed $193,319.79. The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $119,286.00. The contractor agrees that the work to be performed under Section C shall be accomplished within this ceiling.
Any work undertaken by the contractor in excess of the obligation amount specified above is done so at the contractor's risk.
The total amount obligated to this contract is $119,286.00."
All other terms and conditions of the subject contract remain unchanged.
A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
Total FY92 obligation amount $88,000.00 Total FY93 obligation amount $31,286.00 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations $119,286.00.
This modification obligates FY93 funds in the amount of $25,000.00.
