REGULATORY HISTORY FILE, AE50-1: WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION FOR EMPLOYEES OF NRC-LICENSED ACTIVITIES The proposed rule on Whistleblower Protection for Employees of NRC-Licensed Activities, AE50-1, was published in the Federal Register on June 15, 1993 (58 FR 33042).
The proposed rule would modify 10 CFR Parts 19, 30, 40, 50, 60, 61, 70, 72, and 150 as required by the Energy Policy Act of 1992.
The attached documents constitute the Regulatory History for this rule and are described in Enclosure 1.
They are forwarded to you for insertion in the Document Control System.
All of these documents are intended to be placed in the PDR (if they are not already there) and are marked accordingly.
With respect to comments received, only substantive comments are enclosed and/or summarized.
