I have reviewed the Seabrook Station Evacuation Time Estimate Study. Revision 4, 5/28/93 accordmg to the requirements of NUREG 0654/ FEM A-REP-1, Rev.1 November 1980.

The current revision icpresents the continuation of more than 10 years of extensive study and retmement 01 evacuation plasming at Seabrook Station. The study is fully compliant with both available guidance and current state of the practice. No deficiencies have been r,oted noi are any opportunities for improvement apparent.
