GEORGIA POWER COMPANY'S RESPONSE TO l
THE BOARD'S SEPTEMBER 8, 1993 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER (DISCOVERY MOTION)
By Memorandum and Order dated September 8, 1993 (LBP-93-18),
the Licensing Board denied Intervenor's Motion to Compel Production s
of Affidavits in the Possession of Georgia Power Company ("GPC"),
dated July 23, 1993.
The Board's Order also requires that (1) at I
any hearing in this matter, GPC shall have available for production I
the affidavits covered by Intervenor's Motion to Compel, and (2) i' GPC shall promptly file _in this docket the date on which each of the af fidavits covered by Intervenor's Motion 'to Compel was taken.
In. compliance with the Board's Order, GPC states that three of the four statements covered by Intervenor's Motion to Compel were signed and dated as indicated below:
