By Memorandum and Order dated September 8, 1993 (LBP-93-18),

the Licensing Board denied Intervenor's Motion to Compel Production s of Affidavits in the Possession of Georgia Power Company ("GPC"),

dated July 23, 1993. The Board's Order also requires that (1) at  ;

I any hearing in this matter, GPC shall have available for production I

the affidavits covered by Intervenor's Motion to Compel, and (2) i GPC shall promptly file _in this docket the date on which each of the af fidavits covered by Intervenor's Motion 'to Compel was taken.
