REQUALIFICATION PROGRAM INSPECTION In a telephone conversation on August 26,1993, Mr. V. Cwietniewicz, Superintendent of l
Training, and Mr. D. Florek, Sr. Operations Engineer, arranged to evaluate the requalification program at the Limerick Nuclear Generating Station. The NRC will evaluate the facility's licensee's requalification program based on inspection activities in accordance with NRC Inspection Manual, Temporary Instruction TI-2515/117. The inspection will be performed based on facility-administered examinations, which are scheduled to start October 12, 1993. The specific onsite inspection will be performed during the week of October 25,1993.
In order to prepare for the inspection activities, we request that you furnish a sample plan / test outline for the examination, as well as copies of the examinations, to be administered the week of October 25,1993. Mr. Cwietniewicz agreed to provide these materials by October 18, 1993. Your staff should assure appropriate measures are taken to preclude examination compromise when submitting the examinations.
