Modification No. 2 Task Order No. 206, " Reactor Operator Licensing -
Requalification Exam at Fermi Nuclear Power Plant," under Contract No. NRC-03-89-031 l
This modification is issued to terminate Task Order No. 206 for the convenience of the Government, to provide for a no-cost settlement agreement, and to reflect the resultant ceiling adjustment for this task order. Therefore, you are hereby notified that Task Order No. 206, under Contract No. NRC-03-89-031 is terminated completely for the Government's convenience under clause 52.249-6, entitled, i
" Te rmi n a ti o n-Co s t-Re i mbu rsemen t". This termination, which results from a change in NRC's requirements, is effective isnediately.
The Contractor unconditionally waives any charges against the Government because of the termination of this task order and releases it _from all obligations under the task ' order or due to its termination.
The Government agrees that all obligations under the task order are concluded.
As a result of this no-cost i
settlement, the total task order ceiling is reduced from $14,539.00 to $0.00.
