11 In this paper, the Commission is being 12 asked to act on an order which provides additional 13 guidance to the Licensing Board that has under 14 consideration issues in the Rancho Seco 15 decommissioning proceedings.
16 All Commissioners have approved an order 17 clarifying the Commission decision in Commission 18 Licensing Issue 93-3 and in CLR-93-12.
