our Quality Assurance Program For Radioactive Material Packages No. 0230, Rev No. 7.
We have not had a need for, or used, the fabrication aspects of a Q. A. Program for several years. We are aware, however, that our annual fee is based on this aspect of the Q.A.
Program and we request that fabrication of radioactive material packages be deleted from the list of authorized activities.
