I am pleased that you have agreed to participate in the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's program to commemorate Hispanic Heritage. This event will be held in the Commission's Conference Room adjacent to the lobby of the NRC Headquarters building,11555 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland. We have tentatively planned a two hour program beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 6,1993, with approximately 20-30 minutes set aside for your presentation.
