The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is developing positions on the form and content of a COL issued under 10 CFR Part 52. On April 23, 1993,- in an effort to begin discussions of important COL issues with the industry, a draft l
Commission paper, "10 CFR Part 52 Combined License (COL) Review Process and l
COL Form and Content," was made publicly available, and a copy was forwarded to the Nuclear Management and Resources Council for your consideration.
The staff intends to finalize this paper in the near future and forward it to i
the Commission. Although you have not provided any comments to date, the staff requests that if you have any industry comments, they be provided no later than September 30, 1993.. The staff will consider written comments received up to that time, including your views on the utility of a public workshop.
