PROPRIETARY VERSION OF THE BABC0CK AND WILCOX OWNERS GROUP (BWOG) l GENERIC LICENSE RENEWAL PROGRAM (GLRP) PLAN In your letter of March 23, 1993, you requested that the NRC remove the proprietary classification from the BWOG GLRP Plan.
In a subsequent letter of April 23, 1993, you indicated that the BWOG GLRP was being revised and that a non-proprietary version would be submitted to the NRC.
You also requested that the proprietary vertion of the BWOG GLRP Plan be withdrawn and returned to you.
The staff has reviewed your request to withdraw the document in accordance with 10 CFR Part 2.790(c) and determined that no statutes or regulations prohibit us from withdrawing the document and returning it to you.
