Enclosed is a trip report of a September 2,1993, Site Decommissioning Management Plan site visit to Army Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The trip was coordinated by staff from the Decommissioning and Regulatory Issues Branch (LLDR) and Region I, as a follow-up to LLDR's November 17, 1992, comments, and current review of the Environmental Radiation Monitoring program-proposed by the U.S. Army Combat System.
