As stated in Reference (a), Commonwealth Edison Company (CECO) was a
requested to notify the NRC Staffin writing upon the completion of any changes made to the plant regarding the Station Blackout Rule (10 CFR 50.63). The purpose of this letter is to notify the NRC Staff that all hardware e.nd procedural t
changes associated with the Station Blackout Rule for LaSalle County Station-were complete as of July 17,1993. This completes all actions associated with the Station Blackout Rule for LaSalle County Station.
