Enclosed are five copies of the subject document. There were a number of minor revisions made to the draft report issued in June,1993 to reflect the comments which Mr. Holly communicated to me by telephone. The changes were made to the Cover Page, first parapaph of Document Review (page 5), the paragraph on Surface Scans (page 7), and last paragraph of the Summary (page 9).
