i This EPIP was routed for signature in April but was not issued until the effective date of August 6,1993. This reflects the implemantation date of ACPs 1411.22 and 1411.18.

A temporary DCF was issued in April to reflect changes made to HP Procedures. This temporary DCF was in effect until information previously listed in HP Procedures was issued as an ACP.
