The NRC has been made aware of the pending suit against Westinghouse Electric Corporation regarding steam generators supplied by the vendor to Northern.

defects in safety-related equipment, materials, and services which may be r

identified by you at any time.

l The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.
