The effective date of this modification shall be 6/1/93. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:

The ceiling amount of this task order is increased by $13,873.72 from

$128,227.81 to $142,101.53. The amount of $137,169.69 represents the reimbursable cost and the amount of $4,931.84 represents the fixed fee.

It is hereby agreed that no additional fee shall be applicable to the additional hours of effort described by this modification.

The third paragraph, first sentence, of the task order definitization letter is revised to read as follows:

The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is $142,101.53 of which $137,169.69 represents the reimbursable costs and the amount of i

All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.

Please indicate your acceptance of this Modification No. 3 to Task Order 9 by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in thc space provided and return two copies to the Contract Administrator.
