s NRC-26-91-297 Modification No. 10 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to change the expiration date of this contract from July 30, 1993 to August 27, 1993 at no increase in funding of this contract by the Government.

foregoing change in expiration date is not a waiver by the j
Government of the provisions of the Limitation of Cost clause nor authorization for the contractor to exceed the estimated cost I
currently set forth in the contract schedule.
Unless the estimated cost of this contract is increased in accordance with the provisions of the Limitation of Cost clause or by subsequent written supplemental agreement, any costs incurred by the contractor in excess of the present cost or funding limit shall be at the contractor's sole risk.
In consideration of the modification agreed to herein, the contractor shall provide one (1) additional copy of the Design Documentation as complete equitable adjustment.
