9 The first item, Mr. Chairman, is SECY 10 214, Georgia Power Company's appeal of Licensing Board 11 Panel 93-5.

In this paper, the Commission is being 12 asked to act on an order responding to an appeal by 13 the Georgia Power Company of an Atomic Safety and 14 Licensing Board Panel's order which granted Allen 15 Mosbaugh a petition for leave to intervene and for a 16 hearing on a proposed transfer of license to operate 17 the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant.

18 All Commissioners have approved an order 19 which denies the company's appeal and affirms the 20 Board order.
