I NITACIBENT A EVALUATION OF FFD DATA 1/1/93-6/30/93 FOR CAUSE TEST RESULTS There were no for cause tests administered during this evaluation period.

The employee was a second time offender which resulted in his unescorted access being immediately terminated and subsequently his employment was terminated.

POSITIVE TEST RESULTS ASSESSMENT i

A continuing low positive test result rate for this period compared to previous periods indicates that Vermont Yankee continues to maintain an effective FFD program which ensures that the plant site remains a work environment free from the effects of drugs or alcohol.

The program continues to serve as an effective deterrent to the use or introduction of drugs or alcohol in the work place.

The results of this period are consistent with the expected results during a period that does not include a refueling outage.
