353/93-11
Enclosed is the report of the announced EP program inspection at Limerick Generating Station
conducted from May 24-27,1993, by Mr. J. laughlin and others of this office. The inspection
included personnel interviews, inspector observations, and document review.
After the
inspection, preliminary NRC findings were discussed with Mr. J. Doering and other members
of your staff.
Overall, we found that the Limerick EP program was being effectively implemented. Strengths
'
were noted in management involvement, effort applied to the Emergency Plan and Implementing
'
Procedure revisions, and quality of training.
