Gentlemen:

l The enclosure to the referenced letter contains proposed implementation dates provided by B&W, NNFD for corrective actions which address the enforcement issues.

Many of these actions require integration of the Licensing Evaluation Request (LER) system with manufacturing systems.

The proposed date for revision of the LER procedure was ' July 1,

1993.

However, other actions which must be included formally in this procedure revision were committed to be completed by June 15,. 1993.

These actions are l

being implemented infcrmally by the Nuclear Licensing ~ Board, but must also be incorporated in_the procedure.

Therefore, we are changing our commitment to complete the actions which must be incorporated in the LER procedure from June 15, 1993 to July 1, 1993 and our commitment to complete training on the new procedure from July 1, 1993 to July 9, 1993.

The revised dates are provided on the enclosure to this letter.

The enclosure contains revised pages to the enclosure to the referenced letter.
