The purpose of this task order modification is to extend the expiration date i
of the subject task order from June 30, 1993 to December 31, 1993, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government, to allow additional time for l
review and evaluation of the licensee's submittal in response to a request for l
additional information.
The issuance of this modification does not change any other terms or l
conditions of this task order, including the ceiling amount of $33,218.00.
