1 NRC-04-90-074 Modification No.10 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to (1) increase the contract ceiling by $21,615.20 from $359,018.65 to $380,633.85 and incrementally fund the contract by $21,271.00, (2) incorporate by reference the contractor's proposal dated June 10, 1993 and the revised proposal of July 6,1993 and (3) extend the period of performance of the subject contract. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows: 1. Under Subsection B.3, paragraphs a and c are deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following: "a The total estimated cost to the Government for full performance of this contract is $380,633.85 of which $356,292.96 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $24,340.89 represents the fixed fee." "c. The amount obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $380,289.65."
- 2. Under Section C.I.4 MEETINGS AND TRAVEL", Additional Travel, the additional five trips proposed in the contractor's technical proposal dated June 10, 1993 are hereby incorporated into this contract.
3. Section F.6 - DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD (KAR 1987) ALTERNATE II is revised to read as follows: "This contract shall commence on August 15, 1990 and will expire on December 31, 1993." A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action is given below: Total FY90 obligation amount $ 95,951.29 Total FY91 obligation amount $165,317.56 Total FY92 obligation amount S 47,543.00 Total FY93 obligation amount S 71,477.80 Cumulative. Total of NRC Obligations $380,289.65. This modification FY93 funds in the amount of $21,271.00. All other terms and conditions of the contract remain the same. l l l 1 ~ m}}
