NRC-10-93-137 SB-0353-93-2-00476 Modification No.1 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to: (1) add incremental funding in the amount of $127,626.00 from $76,575.00 to $204,201.00 and (2) incorporate language for clarification purposes to the 50W. Accordingly, the following administrative changes are hereby made:
1.
Under Block No.14, ACCOUNTING AND APPROPRIATION DATA, of the Standard Form 26 of this contract, is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"B&R No.: 340-20-613-112, JOB CODE: D24143, BOC 2542, APPN No.: X0200, OBLIGATED AMOUNT: $204,201.00" 2.
Under Section C.I.4.4 EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS, subsection C.I.4.4.1, paragraph B. the following sentence is added-
"If any deliverable is provided on diskette, the diskette shall be scanned for viruses by the contractor, and verified to be free of viruses prior to delivery to the NRC."
l All other terms and conditions of the subject contract, including the ceiling l
amount, remain changed.
A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
