1992 Steam Generator Inservice inspection Gentlemen:
North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation (North.htlantic) completed the second inservice inspection of the Seabrook Station steam generators during September 1992. Steam Generators A and D were included in this inspection. The enclosed report is submitted pursuant to Technical Specification Surveillance Requirement 4.4.5.5b. The enclosed report contains the following information as required by Surveillance Requirement 4.4.5.5b:
The number and extent of tubes inspected, The location anJ percent of wall thickness penetration for each indication of an imperfection, Identification of tubes plugged.
No tubes were required to be plugged as a result of eddy current inspection. However, one Inconel 600 plug was removed and replaced with an Inconel 690 plug. The hot leg plug was replaced pursuant to NRC Bulletin No. 89-01 and Westinghouse WCAP-12244.
