The aaendoent consists of license and Technical Specification changes which authorize operation with (1) reactor power levels not in excess of 3250 ruegawatts (thermal) for core cycle 2 with 65 Exxon Nuclear Company reload fuel assemblies and an Cxxon Nuclear Company emergency core cooling systen analysis, (2) revised technical specification reauirements for the ice condenser system, and (3) modifications to certain electrically operated valves to precluae single failures that would result in loss of energency core cooling syste:n capacity 1
and to eliminate the need for actuation of these valves by personnel i
outsiae the control roca. The amendaent also corrects ainer errors i
and inconsistencies in the technical specification requirenents for contain :ent air recirculation fan resconse time, containment penetra-tion and valve leakage rates, the audit responsioility of the Unclear Safety and Design Review Comittee, and safety related hydraulic snubbers.
In addition, this anendment updates paragraph 2.D. of the Facility Operating License to reference the latest approved revisions of the security plan for the Dansld C. Ceok Puclear Plant.
