MODIFICATION N0. 3 TO TASK ORDER NO. 04 UNDER i
CONTRACT N0. NRC-33-92-203 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $70,000.00 which increases the amount obligated to the task order from $70,000.00 to $140,000.00. Accordingly, the following change is hereby made-The third paragraph, first sentence, of the definitization letter is revised to read as follows:
"The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is
$140,000.00 of which $134,615.38 represents the reimbursable costs and the amount of $5,384.62 represents the fixed fee."
