REVISION 16 TO THE ARKANSAS NUCLEAR ONE EMERGENCY PLAN We have received your letter dated July 7, 1993, which transmitted changes to the Arkansas Nuclear One Emergency Plan. The plan revision was submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q) and included the replacement of the Fire Protection Manual with the Fire Hazards Analysis, closure of the Petit Jean i
Airport, reducing leakage limits of the steam generator to be consistent with Technical Specification and other minor changes. We have reviewed the changes to the Emergency Plan and determined that they are acceptable and do not decrease the effectiveness of your emergency planning for Arkansas Nuclear One.
