Modification No. 3 to Task Order No. 02 under Contract No. NRC-33-9-203 The purpose of this modification is to: 1) increase the level of effort required to perform the task order by 1,920 hours0.0106 days <br />0.256 hours <br />0.00152 weeks <br />3.5006e-4 months <br />, 2) extend the period of performance through July 31,1994,3) increase the task order ceiling amount by $61,783.79, and 4) provide incremental funding in the amount of $25,000.00.
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
1.
The second paragraph of the definitization letter is revised to read as follows:
" Task Order No. 02 shall be in effect from August 3,1992 through July 31, 1994 with a total cost ceiling of $120,806.70.
The amount of
$116,160.29 represents the reimbursable cost and the amount of $4,646.41 represents the fixed fee."
2.
The third paragraph, first sentence, of the definitization letter is revised to read as follows:
"The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is
$84,000.00 of which $80,730.77 represents the reimbursable costs and the amount of $3,269.23 represents the fixed fee."
